If you are not satisfied with Sparky, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at [email protected] or send a chat message in the app.

If possible, use the original packaging when returning your order. It is also important that you include all the accessories provided (power adapter and RJ-12 cable). We cannot offer a refund or replacement for damaged or incomplete products. The shipping costs for returning your order are your responsibility.

Within 14 days after we have received your return in good condition, the full order amount will be refunded. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
